Job Summary: Develop and implement nursing care plans adhering to higher acuity care and Centers of Excellence standards
Ensure quality medical care delivery to patients
Provide leadership and teaching for patients, families, and Unit staff members
Participate in shared decision making, Unit committee, and improvement activities
Ensure minimal supervision
Qualifications:
Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Florida
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
All new RNs will be placed into an RN Residency Program
Intermediate computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
