JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Associates degree in health sciences or equivalent work experience required. Three years of experience in a medical records or quality assurance role preferred.

description. This includes chart audits and data validation, reporting and submission, and death
2. Serves as Preceptor to Quality and Compliance Auditor I
3. Participates in internal and process audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with STA’s policies
and procedures, as well as AATB, AOPO, CMS, FDA, OPTN and state and federal laws as needed.
4. Assists in development of audit plans and schedules.
5. Assists audit team in developing audit reports; presents audit reports to Leadership, as needed.
