Job Title: Coordinator, Acquisition Strategy and Operations Location: Santa Monica, CA, US, 90404
Summary of Position Join Lionsgate as a Coordinator on the Acquisition Strategy and Operations team, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting Lionsgate’s acquisition and library management team. You'll be responsible for generating sales reports, evaluating/tracking renewals, monitoring key participation statements and payments, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth onboarding of acquisitions.
Responsibilities Play a key role in the renewals process, assisting with the evaluation of expiring titles and negotiations with grantors
Create sales reports and presentations for key third-party partners to track performance
Track participation statements and payments for high-profile third-party partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Collaborate with Servicing, Rights Management, and Sales teams to facilitate the onboarding process for acquisitions
Maintain project tracker for the Acquisition Strategy group, helping track deliverables and deadlines
Provide light administrative assistance, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings
Qualifications and Skills Self-directed with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong project management skills with excellent time management; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-pace environment Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills; outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
At least 2-3 years of work experience; prior experience working with media and entertainment companies is a plus
Bachelor degree with a strong academic track record; a business degree is an asset
Strong work ethic, reliability, maturity, professionalism, and a positive attitude
