**About the job:**
In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Lead Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will work in collaboration with members of the healthcare team to facilitate operations and regulatory compliance of the APPs and fulfill all the job responsibilities as referenced in the APP job description. Lead APP provides guidance to APPs and serves as the APP professional resource for the specialty.
This position's specialty focus is Cardiac Surgery and requires experience in vein harvesting.
What we are looking for:
· Education: Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant Program; Master’s Degree.
· Current licensure to practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in Ohio.
· Holds a DEA license with Schedule II designations required.
· BLS provider certification required.
· ACLS as required by specialty.
· Experience: 9 years working experience in OR for cardiac surgery
· Effective Communication Skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently with multidisciplinary team.
