As Product Advisor you will be responsible for developing relationships with prospects and clients to uncover the unique business needs of each employer. This role requires a consultative approach for Key executives within prospective employer organizations across a variety of industries. Product advisors must possess an entrepruener mindset, ability to analyze business needs, and have the skill set to articulate accurately how our products and services impact our clients organizations. This role within the team is responsible for high daily activity focused on cold calls, referral relationships, email campaigns and creativity to stand out from the competition and share our story. Candidates must have proven track record for top sales percentile at prior careers.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of quota carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience, with proven proficiency in selling and presentation skills, prospecting, and territory management
Track record of consistently over achieving quota
Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment
New Business sales experience required
Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree or higher
3+ years of relevant experience in HCM technology or relevant software sales
Solid understanding of strategic & transactional sales processes
Strong communication and presentation skills
Established network connections
Strong business acumen in a variety of industries and be able to apply how SEGUE HR may be able to help
