As a Quality Investigator, under the supervision of the Director of Quality Enhancement, you would be responsible for conducting comprehensive investigations and submitting investigations within established timeframes in accordance with OPWDD and NY Justice Center regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct interviews with all individuals and staff with knowledge of an incident.
+ Obtains and reviews documentation to gather facts related to a specific situation.
+ Review policies and regulations as it relates to the investigation.
+ Analyze all information collected from interviews and documentation to write investigative reports.
+ Establish findings of an investigation and make recommendations based on the findings.
+ Assists with incident tracking and monitoring to ensure all recommendations are completed.
Requirements:
+ Previous Investigative experience.
+ Clean, valid NYS driver's license with vehicle access.
+ Experience with conducting investigative interviews.
+ Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
+ Ability to gather, compile, and organize data and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree (Criminal Justice)
+ OPWDD investigative experience a plus
Compensation: $27.47-$30.94, commensurate with experience.
