Job Description:
Warehouse Responsibilities:
Receiving and Inspection:
Receive incoming HVAC products, verifying accuracy against purchase orders or
delivery manifests. Inspect products for damages, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues to
the appropriate personnel. Organize and label received items, ensuring proper storage and easy retrieval.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records of HVAC products using computerized
systems. Perform regular inventory counts to reconcile stock levels and identify
discrepancies. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory replenishment to ensure product availability.
Order Fulfillment:
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Utilize warehouse management systems and equipment (such as forklifts or pallet
jacks) to move, load, and unload products safely. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient order processing and
timely shipment.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
•Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment
•Must be 18 years of age or older
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products, paperwork, and data entry.
•Proficient in using computerized inventory management systems and basic office
software.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform repetitive
tasks.
•Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and provide
exceptional customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
•6 months warehouse experience
•Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
safely and efficiently.
•HVAC/R experience preferred
•additional certifications or training in warehouse operations is a plus
