Job Description Job Description SUMMARY The Sales Leader will be a dynamic and results driven Sales Leader to direct our El Segundo sales team in driving membership sales and purchases of medical, fitness and wellness services. The Sales Leader will possess a strong background in sales management, have exceptional leadership skills and have a deep understanding of selling personalized services. This role will play a critical role in developing and implementing overall sales strategy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Team Leadership
Collaborate with the sales team to set ambitious targets and ensure consistent achievement through personalized outreach and relationship-building.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance performance and productivity.
Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that encourages creativity and innovation in community engagement strategies.
Conduct performance reviews, set performance goals, and provide feedback to the sales team, and when needed implement performance improvement plans for underperforming team members.
Sales Strategy
Develop and execute community-centric sales strategies, engaging local residents and businesses to build a strong and supportive network.
Focus strategies to maximize membership sales revenue with emphasizing personalized sales approaches tailored to individual needs.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify community-specific opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Member Experience Enhancement
Ensure exceptional member experiences by fostering a culture of personalized service and attention to detail, guiding the sales team to customize a la carte offerings based on individual goals.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members and guests ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded through personalized sales interactions.
Promotional Activities
Plan and execute promotional sales events and campaigns to attract new members/guests and enhance retention rates, incorporating personalized sales messaging and experiences.
Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations and medical services to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure executive of membership sales and member experience.
Sales Performance Analysis
Develop KPIs to monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to evaluate team and individual performance.
Analyze sales data and generate regular reports to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement, leveraging insights to refine personalized sales strategies.
Budget Management
Develop and manage sales budgets, allocating resources effectively to optimize sales productivity and ROI.
Collaborate with the finance team to develop accurate forecasts and opportunities to optimize the mix of business.
Sales Operations
Oversee sales operations, including pricing, contracts, order processing, and logistics.
Ensure efficient and effective sales processes and workflows to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
Training and Development
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and product updates to continuously improve sales effectiveness.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
5 years experience in sales within the fitness or wellness industry, with a focus on community engagement.
