Manager Technical Support

I am looking for a Manager of Technology Support for a 6-month contract engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with prior help desk management, executed against SLA's, experience with SOP's with ticketing processes, ability to lead KPIs and metrics on tickets (30-50/day), and someone who has management experience with handling Tier 1 - 3 issues.

You will need to have had experience running a service desk and support desk for an organization.

This is a Contract/Hybrid role (3 days in office) local to Atlanta candidates only.

You Will:

Document all support interactions, including details of problems, troubleshooting steps taken, and resolutions provided.Contribute to the development and maintenance of the help desk knowledge base, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides.Design and oversee a process for the setup and maintenance of user accounts, including password resets and access permissions.Manage the support function such that support requests are resolved promptly, professionally, and with a focus on providing excellent customer service.Support the security team with installation and configuration of security services at the end-user level.Oversee and update practices for the management of on-premises hardware: User workstations, conference room equipment, networking equipment and peripheral devices.Lead the global-wide end user support process and track performance metrics of service delivery.You need:

Three years of experience in vendor management.Three years of experience in personnel management.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or five years of relevant industry experience.
