Work closely with stakeholders across Business and Technology groups to understand business objectives, translate requirements into functional solutions. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst Technical Lead, Assistant Vice President, or a related occupation. Requires five (5) years of experience with: designing and managing Events and conference workflows for an Investment Bank for their Corporate Access, Research, Fixed Income and Equities Business lines including: Non Deal Roadshows, Non Deal Fieldtrips, Analyst Marketing, Large scale Conferences; designing and managing Deal Roadshow and IPO bookbuilding workflows for an investment bank for their Global Capital markets Business lines; working on CRM Telephony interaction management; working on Trader Phones (Squawk boxes) integration to enable the interaction captures on CRM systems; working on Outlook integration (Emails, meetings) to enable the interaction captures on CRM systems; preparing product and program level updates; writing functional requirements, user stories; prepared user documentation and training materials; translating business needs into functional/technical requirements; coordinating external vendor product and customizations to ensure fulfillment of internal requirements; and software tools including: JIRA, MS Visio, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, sharepoint, Tableau, UX design Tools (e.g Invision).
