Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to assess their technical requirements and business objectives.
Design and architect custom solutions that meet client needs and align with industry best practices.
Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate project scope and requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective implementation and delivery.
Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and stakeholders.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during implementation and post-deployment phases.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.
Document project requirements, specifications, and progress reports accurately and comprehensively.
Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or similar role in IT consulting or software development.
Expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level software solutions.
Strong knowledge of programming languages, databases, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
