The Role
My client islooking fora Senior Project Manager based out of their Birmingham office, overseeing 15 projects across the Midlands with values ranging from £400k to £12M.
They are also open to more senior, Project Directors applying for the role.
Experience/Qualifications
Project management experience oncommercial fit, construction & refurbishment projects
Experience on projects with a value in excess of £12M
Degree in construction related qualification
APM certification
SMSTS
CSCS card
Package
£85,000 to £110,000 per annum DOE
Car allowance
