Network Technical Support Analyst

Paulsboro, NJ, United States

Description:

Develop and perform implementation activities for projects

Perform Quality Assurance activities including identifying and submitting network design issues to Engineering

Participate in Follow-the-Sun (FTS) on-call rotation

Primary contact for vendor TAC in support of operational problems

Develop and maintain Technical Support process and deliverables

Network Security - Remote Access Technologies, IPSec

Voice Service technologies: PBX, VMX, Call Center-IVR, Cisco IP Telephony, Microsoft LYNC

Data Centre Services - Application Accelerator, Load Balancer

Routing Protocols - BGP, ISIS, EIGRP Vendor familiarization - Cisco, Juniper, F5 General

Skills:

Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written

Presentation and interpersonal skills

Mature and able to work in a global virtual team environment

Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Multitasking Skills - (ability to manage assigned tasks while being flexible work other priority issues as they arise)

Process oriented
