Thrust Institute of Maintenance is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Instructor to join our esteemed faculty team. As an AP Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aviation by imparting your expertise and passion for aircraft maintenance to aspiring professionals.
Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and informative lectures, practical demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions for A&P students, covering a wide range of topics related to airframe and powerplant systems.
Develop and deliver curriculum content that aligns with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and the evolving needs of the aerospace industry.
Foster an interactive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Provide mentorship and guidance to students, supporting their academic and professional development.
Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and practical assessments, and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their growth.
Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff members to enhance instructional materials, update course content, and develop innovative teaching methodologies.

Qualifications:
