Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team with an opportunity to grow into a broader strategic role within the organization.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and documents

Coordinate and participate in leadership and sales meetings.

Manage and maintain confidential files and records

Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned

Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed

Be a productive and value-added member of the Executive Team

Identify opportunities for the improvement in the effectiveness of the Executive team.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive administrative role

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Remote Work Information

Compensation Information

The average salary for this position is expected to be between $55,000 and $90,000/year however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We do not anticipate candidates to be paid at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis.
