Responsibilities:
Develop work scopes, solicit bids, conduct scope reviews and negotiate subcontracts
Communicate with client on project issues to assure client satisfaction
Develop and maintain overall project schedules; work with all parties to avoid delays
Assure the timely review/processing of submittals, pay applications and other project documentation
Manage Subcontractors; coordinate/communicate with subs in a professional manner
Prepare project reports, including cost reports, monthly reports and schedule updates
Facilitate RFI resolution with owner and design team
Review change orders
Support project team on overall project requirements
Support bid pursuits, proposal preparation and new client development
Requirements:
Engineering or Construction Management undergraduate degree required
Masters in CM a plus
10+ years Project Management experience on commercial/institutional projects
OSHA 30 a plus
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with project management, trade contractors, architects and engineers and the ability to resolve issues with minimal supervision.
Experience with bidding work, developing work scopes, subcontractor management project scheduling and cost reporting required.
Microsoft Office Suite required
Microsoft Project expected
Procore/CMiC Field knowledge a plus
Knowledge of Building Information Modeling, Revit software desired.
