They are looking for Account Executives ($90K-$100K Base (DOE), $180K-$200K OTE, No Cap) w/ 3-5+ years of successful consultative Sales Experience in a best-in-class, progressive HR/HCM, Payroll or Background Check Software space. What You Have : MUST HAVE (3-5+) years of successful experience in the HR/HCM, Payroll or Background Check Software Space.
Consistent Record of Exceeding Quotas in the $1M neighborhood.
Have demonstrated Job Stability in your career.
Sales experience in the Medium/Large Market (Fortune1000) is a BIG plus!
A Relationship Builder who has been Successful!
Proven ability to successfully interact with C-level Executives & Owners, Negotiate, and Close business.
Able to write Cogent, Quality, Business Value Proposals.
Excellent Presentation Skills.
Work via a Solution Selling methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, Spin, Sandler, etc) is a Plus.
Disciplined in Managing Time and Multiple Sales Cycles.
College Degree (preferred) or Equivalent Experience.
Personable, Fun to be Around & Don't Take Yourself Too Seriously!
