General Superintendent

Job Description:
As a Lead Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of Multi-Family projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any potential issues or risks.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all workers.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, safety records, and change orders.
Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of success in leading construction projects.
Experience with Ground-up Multi-Family projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred).
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
