Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships, to support the needs of the locations.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery timelines while maintaining compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with R&D and Executive Chefs to identify innovative products and services that align with market trends and ensure a competitive edge in the market.
Work closely with Operations to streamline distribution processes, enhance purchasing efficiency, and minimize lead times for product delivery to locations.
Partner with Marketing to develop promotional strategies and campaigns that drive product demand and maximize sales opportunities across locations.
Leverage IT solutions and data analytics to monitor supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to drive operational excellence.
Purchasing: Oversee the procurement of food/beverage, parts, equipment, smallwares, and materials required for locations.
Rebate Dollars: Identify opportunities to leverage rebate programs and incentives offered by suppliers, actively pursuing and maximizing rebate dollars to enhance profitability for locations.
Inventory Control: Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and reduce carrying costs across franchisee locations.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in supply chain management, MUST be within the food and beverage industry, with a track record of driving operational efficiencies and cost savings.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and agreements with suppliers and vendors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, anticipate industry changes, and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.
Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain management software/tools.
Demonstrated leadership experience with a commitment to fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
