To achieve this goal, we are looking for talented Site Reliability Engineers.

On a daily basis, you will Collaborate with Cloud engineers, Backend and Front Developers, Release Engineers and Security Officers

Evolve and operate SonarCloud

Operate our AWS Cloud Infrastructure

Monitor and proactively maintain SonarCloud's Service Levels (availability, scalability, and performance)

React and own alerts, troubleshoot issues and incidents

Analyze abnormal trends in SLI, or when SLO is breached and trigger actions

Enhance the monitoring and observability tools (CFN and CDK python) and own implementation of four golden signals across the SonarCloud platform (Latency, Traffic, Errors and Saturation)

Have a practical understanding of SonarCloud functionality and business processes

Maintain operational documentation

Communicate with AWS Support for troubleshooting

Support the customer-facing support functions

Support deployments

Perform technical scheduled maintenance

Required technical skills You have excellent engineering skills and good computer science fundamentals

You have production support experience in a cloud-native online platform

You have a solid experience with AWS services: CloudWatch, CloudFormation, ECS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, and more

With an SRE mindset, you apply software engineering to observing and operating production

You have software development experience with Python

Required mindset You are open-minded and have a very positive can-do attitude

You take initiative and can lead a subject from beginning to end

You are comfortable with dealing with change and complexity

You are motivated by both functional and technical aspects of services

You are self-confident enough to challenge the status quo as well as receive feedback

You enjoy troubleshooting and finding the root cause of issues

You are comfortable with agile practices and principles
