Job Summary
The Implementation Specialist provides comprehensive support to the organization with end-to-end involvement in system implementation. They will be responsible for maintaining detailed records to facilitate troubleshooting and audits, tracking system issues from inception to completion, and analyzing data to identify discrepancies. This role involves updating content libraries, and managing multiple cases using Steele project management software (SmartSheet). The Implementation Specialist will also assist with case build execution, maintain login data for Benefit Counselors and Group Admins, and ensure system functionality through rigorous testing and auditing. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in data analysis and project management, will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
Document and maintain comprehensive records to facilitate, troubleshoot, audit, and make future improvements to implementation processes and results.
Track system issues and navigate problem resolution from inception to completion.
Analyze and audit data from multiple sources to find discrepancies.
Testing and auditing system functionality for accuracy.
Build enrollment plans according to defined specifications, internal workbooks, and service level agreements.
Assist with case build execution when/where it's strategically important to the team.
Update and organize content stored in the form library for each case.
Manage assigned Implementation responsibilities via Steele project management software (SmartSheet), effectively communicating with internal stakeholders on project status.
Maintain Benefit Counselor and Group Admin login data.
Serve as Lead Implementation Specialist on a maximum of 15 cases, managing all responsibilities defined in the workflow.
Stay informed on new system features and functionality releases.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements
Preferred: Familiarity with HR technology- preferably benefit administration. Specific experience with Selerix is a plus.
Strong project management skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Associate or bachelor's degree
Required: 3+ years of experience in technology, HR/BenAdmin systems, data analysis, finance, statistics, or similar area of work.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Diligent documentation habits.
Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Must be self-directed and able to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and team members.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions
Steele Benefits provides a flexible, hybrid work environment with an emphasis on work-life balance. Employees in this role will work remotely and from the Indianapolis, IN based office and will occasionally be required to collaborate with customers or colleagues in-person at the office and/or virtually.
While working remotely the employee will be responsible for managing their work schedule within a variation of 8am-5pm (EST) as agreed upon with their manager, ensuring they have a suitable workspace, including a reliable internet connection and appropriate ergonomic setup. Necessary equipment such as a laptop, software, and relevant resources to complete the job duties will be provided.
While working in the (Indianapolis, IN) Steele office environment, a collaborative space with various equipment and resources will be available to perform the job duties. The office will follow health and safety protocols to protect employees' well-being.

Physical Requirements
This role requires work to be done at a desk with a computer, keyboard, and mouse for extended periods. Steele encourages good posture and ergonomics to prevent any strain or injuries which may include adjusting the height of a chair or desk, using a footrest, and taking breaks to stretch or move around. This role may require standing or sitting for extended periods of time, as well as some lifting and/or carrying materials or equipment. One must have clear vision to work with a computer screen for extended periods. It is recommended to take regular breaks to rest the eyes and prevent eye strain. Occasional travel or attendance at in-person meetings or events may require the employee to stand or walk for extended periods.
