About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead business development efforts in the private markets and with their portfolio companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting lead generation activities, working with client's business and technology executives to provide tailored solutions, and developing trusted advisor relationships. This role requires a professional with at least 8 years of experience in technology and digital transformation, particularly in enterprise technology platform sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of private markets and their portfolio company value creation activities, and a proven track record of success in consultative sales, building customer relationships, and driving organic growth.Applicants for the Executive Director position should possess a strong executive presence, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly. The role demands a collaborative approach to sales, with ownership of the end-to-end go-to-market cycle, and the ability to work effectively with senior technology, business, operation, and procurement leadership. The candidate must be adept at working in an agile environment, framing requirements, building business cases, and defining timelines.
