As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales who will lead our business development team and spearhead our strategic growth initiatives. Our VP of Sales will be at the helm of a dynamic team, driving sales strategies, account acquisition and expansion, and fostering a high-performance culture. This role is designed for a visionary leader who is passionate about building relationships and seizing new market opportunities.
Our VP of Sales will primarily:
· Lead and manage a team of 6 Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
· Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share within existing accounts.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise accounts and small to medium-sized businesses, understanding their needs and providing tailored staffing solutions.
· Establish executive level relationships with CDO, CDAO, CIO, CTO, CISO, CRO, and CPO customers.
· Reports directly to the CEO.
We are looking for someone with:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the IT staffing and services industry.
· Proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
· Extensive experience with CRM, including proficiency in building sales cadences and analyzing sales data.
· Ability to lead with empathy but also hold others accountable to achieve their full potential and standards.
