Job Description
Cape Fox Shared Services (CFSS) is seeking an experienced Information Technology and Services Manager (ITSM) to join our high performing organization. The ITSM plans and directs all aspects of the Cape Fox Information Technology (IT) Department activities. The ITSM ensures that Cape Fox Corporation and its subsidiaries and non-profit entities maintain a high availability of all IT services, while minimizing any risk of cyber-attack or loss of data. The Information Technology and Services Manager is a hands-on leader who brings deep technical knowledge to deliver Cape Fox a highly reliable and highly secure IT environment. The ITSM is accountable for building the IT infrastructure and architecture to support sustainable and scalable growth. The ITSM is expected to cultivate relationships with all levels of Cape Fox management, staff, Board Directors, Vendors, Third Party Resources, and Shareholders while collaborating across departments to support the needs of the company. The Information Technology and Services Manager works toward timely resolution of IT related projects and assignments and fosters a high level of customer service to our stakeholders. Duties include:
Works in partnership with senior management to achieve corporate objectives by leading enterprise IT projects from initiation to successful delivery.
Effectively identifies and manages project risks and develop resolution strategy.
Leads geographically dispersed technical teams to ensure objectives are achieved within agreed schedule and budget.
Manages the Help Desk Ticketing System.
Coordinates with all Third-Party vendors supporting the IT Department and related software and hardware vendors for company technology systems (for example: Accounting, HR & Recruiting, Contracts & Security, Business Development and Marketing, Shareholder Services, IT, and Commercial and Client Services teams).
Procures software, licenses, hardware, or other items needed to support the business.
Facilitates implementation of and maintains CMMC and other IT related certifications.
Collaborates with Accounting and Finance to achieve effective cost management and maximizes savings with third party vendors and IT purchases.
Mentors and coaches staff, and directs employees on work assignments.
Ensures the company is compliant with applicable industry related rules, laws, regulations, industry standards, and best practices for the company IT business needs.
Ensures all company data is properly secured and backed up regularly and that there is a sound business continuity plan.
Manages expectations of customers, timelines for deliverables, and project scope.
Coordinates software application development and deployment of systems between various clients.
Supports the Cloud based software solutions and strategy of Cape Fox Corporation and its subsidiaries.
Uses appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Analyzes customer business processes and workflows, requirements, and create end-to-end solutions.
Documents business processes to convey requirements to technical staff.
Defines the business case for objectives of new projects, including identification of business needs.
Manages a mixture of Exempt, Non-Exempt employees, and third-party resources and will ensure
compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.
May be required to support Federal Contract specific requirements and will utilize third party resources when necessary to meet Federal client needs.
Supports the unique IT needs of our growing Commercial business.
Acts as the interface between the client business units and IT technical staff on projects.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred but not required.
5 - 7 years of applicable IT experience is required.
Supervisory experience is highly preferred.
Strong customer service, organizational and planning skills.
Effective problem-solving skills; ability to resolve conflicting situations.
Ability to think creatively and be driven by opportunities to continually improve.
Strong interpersonal skills including collaborating, influencing, and flexible teaming.
Must be self-motivated, highly flexible, organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

Outstanding team building skills and experience directing cross functional technical teams.
Experience with project documentation creation (project charters, project schedules, risk/issue identification and mitigation planning).
Ability to effectively communicate and influence Senior Management including Executive level.
Technical background and knowledge of IT Infrastructure and/or software development.
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
Expertise in data management and data governance.
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
Ability to explain highly technical concepts in simple terms.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of best practices for computer security.
Strong project management skills, including organization, planning, and prioritization.
Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Some travel may be required.
Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
