**Shift** : Hours vary due to the nature of community events. Some nights, fairly consistent weekends but flexibility during the week.

· Join a family of caregivers focused on whole-person health and committed to making communities healthier.
· Provide wholistic care for patients that extends to the spiritual level by praying with patients and families. Chaplains are available to meet with patients, families and team members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide spiritual support.
· Help develop a brand new $150 million community hospital and medical office building that will provide services such as Emergency Services, Medical/Surgical, ICU, Women’s Services, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Interventional Cardiology and Gastroenterology.

**The role you’ll contribute:**
The Community Relations Manager oversees community outreach and community relations activities in order to build strategic partnerships between the organization and communities.
**The value you’ll bring to the team:**
· Represents the organization and speaks to groups and individuals regarding departmental activities and services as an active member of designated community organizations
· Manages strategies and directions to represent the organization favorably in the community
· Makes recommendation on how to improve the relations between the organization and communities
· Supervises the entire implementation of charitable contributions program, including getting the approval, screening requests for budget and directing the disbursement of funds
· Performs other duties as assigned
**The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:**
**Minimum qualifications** :
· Bachelors Degree
· 3 years experience in community outreach, activities, fundraising
· 2 years Leadership Experience
**Preferred qualifications:**
· Master's degree in a related field
· Five years of community outreach, activities, fundraising experience
· Three years of leadership/management experience
