With a strong reputation in the industry and a wealth of knowledge to offer, this is an excellent opportunity for both quality trainees and experienced technicians to contribute to the success of the company.

Field Service Technician Job Responsibilities

Maintain, service, repair, and install customers equipment, including air compressors, vacuum systems, blowers, and controls.

Review work orders and prepare necessary tools, parts, and equipment for service calls.

Load company vehicles with required supplies and travel to customer locations.

Interact with customers professionally, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues.

Perform pre- and post-call administrative tasks, such as updating work order notes, completing time cards, and managing inventory/parts used.

Work with a diverse range of products, including standard and custom-built compressors, oil-free and conventional pumps, hydraulics, rotational, reciprocating, and centrifugal systems, as well as electronic controls and variable speed drives.

Qualifications

Trainee: Demonstrated mechanical ability and a passion for learning and growing in the field.

Experienced: Previous field experience working with compressors, pumps, controls, or similar equipment.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
