A busy Massage Studio is looking for an exceptional business minded professional to round out the leadership team at our Boulder location! This dynamic, high performance leadership position offers growth opportunity and great benefits in a positive atmosphere that promotes healthy living and encourages self-care! This position calls for an adaptable manager rock star and coachable leader who will be managing other therapists & front desk staff, creating incredible client experiences, and guiding the location and team in growth and excellence. This position is starting at part time, and is expected to grow into full time.
Compensation and Benefits
$41,600 + Base Salary plus location sales bonuses and commissions

$865-$3460 Paid Time Off (1st year - 7th year)
$1,500 1 Free massage service every month. Additional discounted services available
$2,340-$7,020 Free Infrared Sauna services (1x/week - 3x/week)
$$$ Sales commission- Retail, packages, memberships
$$$ Leadership development and ongoing training
$49,011-$56,286 + = Total compensation PLUS sales bonus and commission
Qualifications
Experience managing a massage spa/wellness center preferred but not required
Experience managing a team- training, schedules, accountability, etc.
Demonstrate leadership with a focus on cultivating a positive team culture
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office365 products
Base knowledge of business financials and budgeting
Experience with or ability to learn Meevo booking software
Hard working and coachable with the desire for growth and learning
Demonstrate impeccable attention to detail
Multi-Tasker able to prioritize and problem solve - must be calm under fire
Solution oriented and self-driven with a take-charge attitude
Have a heart to serve and be mission minded
Able to work flexible days/nights including some weekends & Holidays
Ability to cover shifts, lead by example, and serve as Manager on duty for some shifts
Outstanding professional appearance and attitude

Job duties include but are not limited to: Front desk training
Co-Managing Massage & Client Concierge team- accountability, disciplinary, schedules, rewards
Support for Location Director in tasks and responsibilities
Coaching, training and mentoring staff
Responsible for location supply/equipment management and ordering
Working with location budgets and reporting spreadsheets
Work with Location Director & Assistant Location Director to meet location sales, staff and client related goals
Inventory tracking and product merchandising
Master of the client schedule- demonstrating initiative in maximizing daily utilization
Managing/maintaining an immaculate overall spa appearance and ambiance- this includes interior and exterior spaces and an eye for aesthetics
Ensuring all cash management is accurate and sensitive information is handled properly
Handle client/customer service issues swiftly
Executing internal marketing initiatives
