Job Title: Senior Transition Planner
Salary: $130k - $150k
Location: Fully Remote
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead transition planning efforts for Federal or Government healthcare facilities, ensuring seamless transitions during periods of change or renovation.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop comprehensive transition plans that prioritize operational continuity and patient care.
Provide expertise in logistics, facility management, and healthcare operations to optimize transition processes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, mitigate challenges, and implement effective solutions.
Serve as a subject matter expert on transition planning best practices, guiding junior team members and advising clients on industry standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare transition planning, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Federal or Government healthcare facilities.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with demonstrated success in leading complex projects from initiation to completion.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and convey complex concepts clearly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a track record of delivering results in high-pressure environments.
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed, typically around 30% of the time.
