Job Summary
This role will partner with internal and external stakeholders through change management processes and practices related to HR initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and implementing communications and change management strategies for department objectives and outcomes.

Responsible for partnering with internal and external stakeholders through change management processes and practices related to Human Resources (HR) initiatives. Develops and implements communications and change management strategies for department objectives and outcomes.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Evaluates and assesses for change readiness and impact.
Participates in planning and implementation of department-initiated change management strategies and programs which may include support for ongoing monitoring.
Implements and manages change activities using structured change management methodologies and supports change management activities throughout the department and organization.
Cultivates relationships with various partners to implement change plans, resolve issues, and manage resistance.
Identifies and minimizes resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by these changes.
Partners with project teams to assist with developing change strategies and coordinates with those responsible for appropriate training strategies and training execution.
Assists with change analysis and change impact assessments to determine the communications risks/mitigations and benefits associated with changes resulting from HR business transformation initiatives.
Collaborates with internal and sometimes external stakeholders to formulate change management communications plans and activities to support change initiatives for the department. Such communications will facilitate awareness, understanding, and adoption of change.
Assists with managing evolving communication governance approach and process.
Monitors, reviews, and coordinates communications requests and needs, partnering with centers of excellence and corporate communications, for alignment with strategic plans, priorities, and change initiatives with oversight of version control, review, and approval process.
Assists with composing and managing department communications including talking points and/or speeches for CHRO and provides input and assistance with event content and talking points.
Monitors progress of change plans, implements process enhancements as needed, engages in various communication methods, collects feedback, evaluates results, and adjusts plans as needed.
Actively tracks progress towards achieving change management milestones including, but not limited to, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness activities, end-user impact assessments, and risk mitigation.
Education
Associates or Bachelors in Business, Change Management or related discipline or a combination of formal education and the following experience preferred:
Experience
This role is typically attained with a minimum of one year experience with change management methodologies preferred and a minimum three years of experience in Human Resources, Change Management, Business Innovation, or Business Transformation.
Licenses and Certifications
Change Management Certification preferred.
