Description
Product Managers manage the life cycle of in-game mechanics and features. Responsible for projecting revenue impact through data and statistical methods, conducting A/B tests to isolate the impact of individual features, and evaluate the results of these tests. Work with other Product Managers and Analysts to provide a complete analysis of each element of an individual product to optimize live ops events and features, drive revenue and meet the product goals. This specific position will work directly with the Director of Monetization on driving the organization, process, and long-term strategy of Jackpot Party Casino. Working closely with the live operations team, this position should understand how to drive positive player behavior and monetization on a day-by-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
Defining, communicating, optimizing and executing the Live Game strategy.
Promotions and Live Ops events and schedule
Sales Strategy and schedule
Constantly monitoring and driving product KPIs
Ensuring the game feels alive, appealing, and exciting on a daily basis, including in - game and external of the game communication channels
Cater the Live Ops events and promotions based on the different segmentations
Initiate new Live Ops features and improvements. Working as an internal customer of the product team for developing those features and additions to the game.
Analyzing Live Ops and Sale Strategy via A/B Testing with support of a highly skilled analytics team.
Maintain Execute A/B Test Backlog
Pitch, Spec and perform product owner duties of new features that drive engagement through the means of events and promotions.
Estimate the revenue impact of new features or optimizations
Maintain the Live Ops feature backlog
Act as day-to-day primary point of contact for any product related questions from the game team.
Review daily KPIs and proactively identify opportunities, trends, and threats to the product.
Requirements
Must be passionate about the product and has a strong desire to move the genre forward.
Motivated to win market share while building a high-quality product.
3+ years relevant live ops experience
Preferred Experience
Experience in gaming, social, online casino, or consumer mobile live service products.
Previous experience in mentoring and managing other product managers
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Analysis and Reporting experience
Expert Excel/Google Sheet Skills and Proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides
Strong understanding of statistical significance in datasets.
Understanding of forecasting
Critical Thinking and Creative Problem Solving
Ability to develop positive relationships and communicate effectively with Player Science PMs, Developers, QA, Analysts and Producers.
Excellent Organizational skills
Knowledge of Mobile App Development Process best practices
