Responsibilities:

+ Manage and prioritize incoming orders to guarantee on-time delivery

+ Assess customer needs and suggest personalized solutions

+ Address inquiries and resolving issues related to invoicing, shipping, and complaints

+ Promptly acknowledge orders and maintain open lines of communication with our valued customers

+ Keep accurate customer records, oversee order fulfillment, handle returns, and provide detailed reports

+ Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams for smooth issue resolution

+ Proficiency in data entry and basic accounting
