Responsibilities:
The Construction Project Coordinator administers and organizes all Capital Construction projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. The Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Management team to achieve project goals and objectives. You will perform various tasks, such as maintaining project documentation, along with administrative duties. This position will work on a diverse array of projects and will assist with the administration of quality, schedule, cost control, subcontractors, suppliers, procurement, proposals, estimates, documentation, turnover, and field-based activities to preconstruction needs. This role requires excellent time management and communication skills, as you?ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator?s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet high quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering or a related field, project management certification, or applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Pay Range:
USD $67,100.80 - USD $112,881.60 /Yr.
