Portfolio & Program Analyst

Experience Required -8+ Years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Portfolio and Program Management support in Scaled Agile environments
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboarding)
• Power BI or Tableau reporting and visualization (Nice to have)
• Clarity, Jira or equivalent Agile Portfolio Management tools
• Project financials, budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Resource planning and capacity management
• RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management
• Executive reporting and portfolio governance
• Schedule management and milestone tracking
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Experience supporting Data & Analytics or Technology portfolios
• Knowledge of SAFe Agile, or Portfolio Management frameworks

• Support Program Managers in managing a large Data & Analytics portfolio.
• Maintain integrated portfolio plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps.
• Prepare executive-level portfolio status reports, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Track project scope, budget, resource allocation, and schedule performance.
• Monitor portfolio health metrics and identify delivery risks and issues.
• Facilitate portfolio review meetings and governance forums.
• Coordinate across Product Owners, Scrum Teams, Architects, and Business stakeholders.
• Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting.
• Maintain RAID logs and drive follow-up actions to closure.
• Provide insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
• Assist in annual planning, quarterly planning, and investment prioritization activities.
