Description Our Lady of Perpetual Help Dual Language Immersion School, a Catholic dual language immersion elementary school, is seeking an office and admission manager for the 2024-2025 school year. The successful candidate has experience with administrative work and office management, preferably within a school setting. In addition to office management, the successful candidate will oversee admissions by providing school tours and processing admissions applications. The successful candidate will help drive the mission of the school to “educate the whole child through academic excellence and challenge students to be life-long learners and faith filled Catholics who are dedicated to service.”

Responsibilities:

-Office Management:

-Managing office calendar

-Fielding phone calls

-Supply ordering and maintenance

-Curriculum and materials ordering and maintenance

-Staff time keeping–facilitate substitute coverage, distribute and collect timesheets, track requested time off

-Coordinate parent-facilitated events with room parents and PTO

-Coordinate school activities: Teacher Meet and Greet, High School Information Night, Open House, field trips

-Assist with promotion activities logistics

Admissions Management:

-Field admissions inquiries and answer questions

-Schedule and provide school tours to prospective families

-Schedule and coordinate new student assessments with teacher and -prospective families

-Process admissions applications

-Communicate admission to accepted families

Requirements Responsibilities:

Office Management:

Managing office calendar

Wage Range

The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
