MM Data Analyst
MM Data Analyst supports the application of Digital Core standards, cleansing and development of standard materials master. Supports the deployment of MM tools and work processes.
Summary skillset
Stock Authorization Request process Will be required to initiate request for new or changes to material master records
Oil and Gas parts knowledge and noun modifier nomenclature standards This is critical

Master Data Governance
SAP Materials Management (MM) expertise Basic SAP processes for material movements, physical inventory, procurement

Standard SAP MM Reports (MB51, MB52, MM60, etc)

Chevron specific terminology. Experience with COPAS split valuation (Conditions A (New), B (Used), C (Broken), D (Alternate Use), E (Scrap)). Class P is Chevron specific designation where inventory is expensed and maintained at $0.01. Consumption is free to project that consumes it.
Support detailed end-to-end process documentation requirements (including process guidelines, process flows, and RACI charts)
Some knowledge in business process design and documentation required
Identify optimization opportunities, develop value benefits, and recommendations
Experience with advising / consulting
Collaborate with Digital Core Asset Management (DC-AM) team as needed to ensure alignment for equipment hierarchies, Bill of Materials (BOM), and link to stock item masters
Knowledge of SAP AM-MM interactions
Work in tight coordination with the MCBU Digital Core MM Advisor/Specialist

O&G experience required 8. Advising and Consulting experience- giving suggestions for business processes and design. Not just a heads down analyst. 9. Experience in Warehousing a big plus 10. Power query a plus 11. s/4 not required
