$27.00 - $35.00/hour average annual pay

Monday - Friday (some Saturdays may be required)
Responsibilities :
Lead Installation Projects: Take charge of HVAC installation projects, including system replacements and new installations.
Technical Expertise: Apply your in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems to ensure installations are carried out correctly and efficiently.
Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of HVAC technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications.
Quality Assurance: Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure all installations meet industry and company standards.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have and providing exceptional customer service.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all installation activities are performed safely, adhering to safety regulations and guidelines.
Documentation: Complete accurate and detailed documentation of installation processes and materials used.
Job requirements
EPA Refrigerant Certification (minimum)
2-4+ Years of Residential HVAC Installation Experience
Active Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug testing
Must be able to consistently lift and carry 25-50lbs
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
