Our client is a well-established and growing
Home Health Care
organization .
They are looking for a
Vice President of Clinical Operations.
This position is based in either the
Dallas or Houston, TX
area with some travel required throughout Texas.
A Registered Nurse is required with multi-site QAPI and Compliance leadership experience in Medicare certified Home Health. This person will develop, implement, and oversee all clinical operations and QAPI & Compliance programs. Relocation candidates welcome to apply!
Vice President of Clinical Operations
Requirements
Current multi-site Home Health Quality Assurance and Process Improvement leadership experience.
Expert in Medicare Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.
Experience with CHAP rules and regulations.
Registered Nurse. Advanced degree preferred.
Vice President of Clinical Operations
Responsibilities
Assess, develop, and manage organizational QAPI and compliance program.
Standardize and improve policies and procedures across multiple offices.
Develop nurse training programs.
Travel as needed to individual locations to assess and implement QAPI initiatives.
Analyze EMR and other data points to look for areas of improvement.
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position. Our client does offer a competitive compensation package potentially including incentives, health and dental insurance, PTO, retirement plans (401K) and opportunities for professional development.
