We're seeking a passionate Security Software Engineer to revolutionize our internal security tooling practices. You'll spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of custom tools that empower our entire security team. Core Responsibilities:

Lead Security Tool Development: Architect, build, and deploy tailored internal security tools that directly address our organization's specific needs. Emphasize reliability, scalability, and exceptional user experiences.

Innovate with Automation and Orchestration: Write code and build workflows to automate repetitive security processes, freeing up our team to focus on higher-value tasks.

Champion Solution Evaluation & Integration: Proactively research, assess, and seamlessly integrate cutting-edge commercial security tools into our existing environment.

Build a Robust Tooling Infrastructure: Establish and maintain a highly reliable, performant, and user-friendly foundation for our suite of internal security tools.

Collaborate for Success: Work hand-in-hand with security analysts, engineers, and other teams to deeply understand their needs, define requirements, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

3+ years of proven experience in building full-stack, production-grade applications, with a strong emphasis on reliability, scalability, and usability.

Mastery of modern programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Go, etc.) and a deep understanding of software design principles.

Proficiency with behavior-driven design and development methodologies.

Solid foundation in container technologies and application containerization.

Demonstrated ability to design, troubleshoot, and thoroughly document solutions.

Highly Desirable:

Kubernetes experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $160,000-$185,000 annually. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
