**Job Overview:**
The Project Management Lead Associate will play a strategic role in the planning, execution, and tracking of complex projects. They will be responsible for managing project teams, developing project plans, and ensuring project success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the planning and coordination of large-scale projects, including project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including executive level management• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and action items• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve project issues, and escalate as necessary• Manage project budgets, including tracking and reporting of expenses• Lead cross-functional teams and work with project managers to ensure project success• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate project status, progress, and results to stakeholders• Mentor and provide guidance to junior project Management Associates and project managers
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field preferred but not required• 6-9 years of experience in project coordination or management• Profound project management and organizational skills, including experience leading large-scale projects• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in leading project presentations to executive level management• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project• Project management certification, such as PMP, is a plus but not required.
