Associate Development Program

Participate in a comprehensive rotational development and training program

Develop foundational business, financial, and credit skills

Gain an understanding of the innovation economy and business models across various company life stages

Develop and deliver bespoke financial solutions for startups, founders, investors, and public companies

Complete hands-on work embedded within business units across the Commercial Banking platform

Perform credit risk assessment, loan portfolio management, and client management activities

Assist in managing client portfolios and relationships

Assess and monitor credit risk

Provide financial and credit analysis for innovative companies

Develop knowledge of industries, business models, products, and services in the innovation economy

Collaborate with team members and build relationships with peers and professionals

Receive mentorship and professional development

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience

Partnership and collaboration skills

Written and verbal communication skills

Critical thinking skills

Basic knowledge or demonstrated interest in business, finance, economics, entrepreneurship, technology, or innovation through coursework, internships, leadership experiences, or employment

Earned a bachelor's degree prior to the start date of the Associate Development Program; GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred

Passing grade in at least one finance, accounting, and/or economics college course

Interest in exploring further career opportunities at FCB

Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills

Ability to receive and apply feedback

Professionalism, accountability, and strong attention to detail

Ability to explain complex situations clearly

Ability to lead, take ownership, and work independently

Ready to relocate to one of the company's 30+ office locations upon successful completion of the program
