Overview
As the Senior Salesforce Solution Architect at Dogtopia, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. You will lead the architecture, configuration, and customization of the Salesforce platform, ensuring its optimal performance and integration with other business systems. This role requires extensive Salesforce administration experience, a deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate for the role of Senior Salesforce Solution Architect at Dogtopia will demonstrate a high level of accountability, self-drive, ownership, and motivation. Take ownership of Salesforce solutions from conception to implementation, ensuring that they align with business objectives. Be accountable for the performance, reliability, and ongoing optimization of the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
Salesforce Solution Design:
Lead the design and architecture of scalable and flexible Salesforce solutions tailored to Dogtopia's business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Salesforce Administration: Utilize extensive Salesforce administration experience to manage user profiles, permissions, workflows, and data integrity.
Implement and customize Salesforce features, ensuring optimal system performance and adherence to best practices.
Integration and Collaboration: Integrate Salesforce with other business applications and systems to create a unified and efficient technological ecosystem.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless information flow.
Solution Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Provide training to end-users and support teams on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
Salesforce Platform Optimization: Stay informed about Salesforce updates, releases, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement optimizations. Display a proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving and solution design. Stay ahead of industry trends and Salesforce updates, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance and innovate.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements to maximize the platform's value.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Salesforce Certified System Architect or equivalent certifications.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with 4 years in a senior or architectural role.
Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for complex business processes.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and the ability to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
