Senior Project Manager - Commercial Glass
Job Summary: We are in search of an experienced and accomplished Senior Project Manager specializing in the commercial glass industry. This role requires a seasoned professional who can oversee and drive the successful completion of commercial glass projects, from intricate facades to innovative interior glass solutions. The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating project teams, managing resources, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project plans for commercial glass installations, considering design specifications and client requirements.
Lead project teams in executing glass projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget for commercial glass projects.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to understand project specifications and expectations.
Communicate project progress, addressing any design changes or challenges in a timely and effective manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders in the commercial glass industry.
Identify potential risks associated with glass installations and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
Address unforeseen challenges promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and objectives.
Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure that commercial glass installations meet or exceed industry standards.
Oversee testing and inspection activities to validate the integrity of glass structures.
