Responsibilities for the Senior Product Director: Own all aspects of the product suite from envisioning through launch to go-to-market.
Identify client needs, industry trends, short term and long term opportunities and develop a clear product vision accordingly.
Create and deliver on a roadmap of product features while making build-partner decisions.
Hire and grow a world-class team of product managers.
Lead commercialization effort of the products globally throughout the company.
Manage product pricing and positioning strategy.
Work with marketing on strategic go-to-market plans that scale.
Serve as product expert in strategic sales discussions.
Ideal Requirements for Senior Product Director: 8-10 yrs of experience in Product Management.
Experience managing product managers.
Experience in any of the following: marketing-tech, marketing automation, lead-gen, predictive marketing, personalization, data driven products or optimization.
Ability to excel in a fluid fast paced start-up environment.
Technical background and experience working directly with engineers.
$160,000 base + bonus + equity
