Your seat at the table: Divisional Marketing Manager
You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to: LMA (Lead, Manage, Accountability)
Manage regional partnerships
Partner with the Divisional leadership team to support annual operating plans.
Division marketing & product promotions
Develop and execute overall Marketing strategy, including promotional campaigns, collateral, and recognition. In addition, track/reporting/measuring KPI performance.
Evaluate programs and promotions for effectiveness and recommend improvements
Lead the development of the Divisional calendar(s) and manage the execution of these plans to meet sales goals, including, product focus, events, trainings, recognition and trips.
Develop and manage field recognition and awards for the Division.
Sales incentive planning & execution
Liaison with Marketing and Supply chain initiatives to represent the collective voice, including lead generating initiatives.
Coordinate data insights from field tracking measures to recommend opportunities influencing market expansions such as collecting SD reporting specific to campaigns and programs.
Creation & adaption of marketing materials & translations
Communications
Develop the communication & feedback strategy
Project management & division SOP’s
Develop the agenda for Divisional events and propose content for approval.
Monitor the quality assurance for division leadership team as well as Policy adherence.
Maintenance & upkeep of social communication channels
Develop the Social Media strategy and lead the Social Media team.
Monitor and assist the Division sales team social media channels guidelines
We need this seat to have: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business and/or relevant work experience.
7+ years Marketing experience in Global company
5+ years Social Media experience
Strong time and project management skills with the ability to run multiple, concurrent projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoShop.
Strong attention to detail; independent, self-starter that is comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
Able to work effectively across cross-functional groups
Limited domestic and/or international travel may be required to support company events.
