This successful person will regularly advise on the full spectrum of private client tax advice including the following:
IHT reviews and bespoke, complex planning to mitigate
Implementation and management of trust planning
Preparation of Wills
Property tax planning
Offshore aspects (although not essential)
Residency and Domicile aspects for HNWs (although not essential)
Estate planning and administration
Review of compliance documents (including trust returns, IHT forms, some personal tax returns for HNWs).
The successful candidate must be CTA Qualified and have a least 5 years’ experience advising on inheritance tax and trusts, and ideally within the administration of Estates (although not essential).
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of South Yorkshire’s strongest Tax Divisions at Senior Manager level with a clear platform to progress into Directorship.
