This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.
The Business Solutions Analyst sits within Business Analytics & Solutions under Client Operations. The primary function of the Solutions Analyst will be to tackle business problems though isolating issues, defining, developing, and implementing automation and workflow improvements. This role is for a dedicated individual proficient in working with large data sets, innovative in providing solutions to menial processes, and is passionate about success. They also work closely with stakeholders to understand enterprise impact assessment on automation benefits and facilitate communication between the business and technology teams.

What you will do: Capture and document business data quality needs through dialogue with business sponsors
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Develop test scripts to automate manual repeatable time intensive tasks
Collaborate with business partners to analyze data controls and profile results
Identify control gaps, and develop data quality standards/requirements for data controls
Define test cases, perform user acceptance testing liaising with the QA and development teams throughout the release process
Design & develop new tools to optimize business operations
What you bring: Demonstrated technical knowledge and skills in coding languages (e.g, SQL, R, Python, etc.) and interested in expanding knowledge in this space
Experience with LCNC software (Microsoft Power Platforms)
Experience with data wrangling software & BI tools (Alteryx & Power BI)
Experience with unstructured data is a plus
Experience working on data integration projects and partnering with IT is a plus
Experience working on system development and business analysis, as well as proficiency in a variety of software, programs, and online platforms.
Problem solving skills
Ability to research, analyze, and dissect the strengths and weakness of existing business systems
Aim to make improvements with existing business processes and workflows
Communication skills and ability to coordinate with different departments to learn their operational needs
Education Preferred BS/BA degree in analytically oriented field
Experience 0-5 Years relevant experience preferred
