You Are:

Looking for a technology lead who can work on custom applications and enhance the custom application. You will be responsible for working on Java Spring boot in Pivotal Cloud Foundry and ReactJS skillset in client environment. Client is a top insurance organization in North America located in Midwest. You will be responsible for coordinating with the offshore team in Application Development, Incident management and Production Monitoring space. Bringing in Product mindset is key to succeed in this role. You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of and you specialize, in technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

+ Custom application written in ReactJS as front end and Java Springboot in backend

+ The application caters to Policy Admin system of an Insurance organization .

+ Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of PCF, Springboot and React

+ Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy prototype solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly

+ Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders

+ Analyze technical and functional integration requirements

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What You Need:

+ Minimum of 6 years of experience in Delivery Management specifically System Integration

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience managing offshore resources.

+ Minimum of 3 experience in working in XP practice.

+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus Points If:

+ Proficiency in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)

+ Experience in the Financial Services Industry, specifically Capital Markets.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
