Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.
We are seeking a Business Analyst on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is a hybrid setup with 2 days remote and 3 days onsite at our Customer's Sunnyvale, CA location.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop business blueprint by conducting interview and workshops for project or support enhancements
Translate Business Requirements into Functional Requirements and Technical Specifications
Ensure alignment between IT and Business during the project lifecycle - Design, Build, Test, Training, Go-Live, Post Go Live Support
Perform configuration /system changes to meet business requirements as needed in SAP S/4 Hana Procurement, Sourcing, Planning, Stock Transfers
Perform field-mapping for EDI/Non-EDI integration with internal systems or third party applications or logistics service providers
Drive change management process and ensure schedule adherence by collaborating with business, solution architects, cross functional consultants and developers
Perform impact analysis of the change and provide mitigation plan for impacted objects
Solve complex business problems by defining the problem statement, identifying the root cause, considering possible options and recommending the best solution.
Maintain SLAs and provide timely response to stakeholders for incidents, change requests or project deliverables

Skill/Job Requirements: Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
5-8 years of experience in supporting SAP ECC or S/4 Hana Procurement, Sourcing, Planning, Stock Transfers
Experience in S/4 Hana is preferred
Must have Skills MRP for Purchasing and Planning for external components

Key Standard Reports of SAP MM
Experience of supporting SAP integrations with PLM, Planning, Supplier Collaboration systems is nice to have
Supporting users in a medical device company is desirable
Possess a strong business and customer/client focus
Experience with deep understanding of IT Applications and Technology
Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Very strong collaboration, negotiation, and influence capability required
