What you'll bring
+ Strong Program Management team leadership experience, including 7 or more years leading multiple complex software-as-a-service (Saas) development projects.
+ Strategic and creative problem solver with demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment
+ Excellent influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and ability to influence at all levels and build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs.
+ Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences visually communicating goals of program, relationship to business goals, and other relevant success criteria.
+ Good understanding of SaaS technologies or demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technology programs with Kanban, Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
+ Fintech industry knowledge preferred
How you will lead
Portfolio
+ Understand the technology landscape and connect the dots across various programs within a portfolio to simplify the ‘why/what/how’
+ Partner with the Portfolio Leadership Team to unblock/guide program teams’ delivery
+ Identify and/or simplify portfolio level processes enabling the org to operate smoothly
Program
+ Develop a program structure and drive a program operating rhythm to bring together complex, cross-organizational teams.
+ Drive creation of program roadmaps and execution plans across all phases of planning, development, and production readiness and launch.
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders in executive teams, product management & engineering, and various cross-functional teams to effectively drive towards program outcomes.
+ Quickly and effectively, identify and clarify the critical issues and dependencies that need action and drive them through to closure. Communicate results clearly and in actionable form. Effectively balance business needs versus technical constraints.
+ Communicate progress across the organization and at all levels; includes program status, risks, dependencies and change control.
