Responsibilities :
Handle and maintain the network operation to ensure its proper performance, availability and security; including the installation, configuration, administration, upgrading, patching, relocation and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, devices and related systems.
Plan and participate in network infrastructure projects and the deployment of network security solutions; including the collaboration with stakeholders for smooth and timely project delivery.
Respond to network connectivity incidents and provide end-user support.
Perform security and event log monitoring and related administrative tasks.
Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base on network infrastructure, diagrams, configurations, administration procedures and inventory.
Handle urgent business requests and network deployment duties timely during normal and non-office hours with company-assigned facilities including phone and laptop.
Requirements :
Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in network infrastructure implementation and operation.
Proficiency in network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, SDN, VPN.
Hands-on experience in router & switch management for H3C/ Cisco/ Juniper; and firewall management on SonicWALL/ Palo Alto/ Fortinet/ Checkpoint
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network engineering and security.
Self-motivated, well-organized, good interpersonal skills, able to work independently or in a team
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant IT Network Administrator.
